Agricultural holding production of sparkling prosecco & spumante

The Follador family has been producing wine since the early '900, Follador derives from the term "follatore", that is the person who took care of the "follatura", which is the process of crushing grapes.

They attributed to the progenitor , a surname which derives from the profession as often happened once.

Since then, the tradition has been handed down through the generations, and now Follador Ivano, at the foothills of Col San Martino, in the Farra di Soligo (TV) district, started his own winery, running it with his son Simone, following the traditional methods combined with modern technology.

The careful control and passion for every phase of production from the vineyards to the winery guarantee a wise wine making and a high quality for the consumer.
